The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. The facilities in the twin room were good modern, beds were comfy. The inner courtyard view was beautiful, I loved it. Food was fabulous and I have nothing but wonderful memories from this trip.

Everything was modern, excellent staff, great views of the cathedral. Fashionable rooms with very comfy beds, bathroom was clean. The breakfast food was fabulous.

Upgraded and exceptionally comfortable place to stay 2 miles away from Museum of Evolution of Puebla. Lots of good food for meals. Supper friendly staff with smiles. Great service from the staff.

An lovely central escape
Staying at Hotel Isabel reminded me of a hidden gem. The expansive room provided comfort at an unbeatable price, and the location made exploring historic Puebla a good breeze.
Minor inconveniences did arise. I faced some confusion during check-in and the lack of soundproofing made for a noisy night occasionally. Be prepared for a few small hitches.
